Using the Color Replacer Tool is to replace one color with another one that the use chooses.
This image was created by scratch. The tools use were color replacer, retouch, eraser, tubes, scratch remover.
A copy of the image in memory was pasted as a layer into the now underlying layer! The original images are to the left and the finish image is to the right!
